She was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with her selling his home and I'm really happy I reached out to her as I started my search to buy one. She's incredibly nice, I never felt pressured in any way, she was very reassuring, clear and concise, and I quickly became confident in her recommendations and guidance. She's got a great network of resources as well, for instance the home inspector she recommended (Tim Miller) was also fantastic. I highly recommend working with her if you're looking to buy or sell a home, she's really great at what she does.

I am currently renting a house under Kathy Cassel and am EXTREMELY disappointed in the services or lack thereof that she has been providing as the property manager. When I moved in I identified a discoloration on the ceiling of my kitchen that was identified by them as a "water spot". Months go by and I'm getting sicker and sicker and even frequenting the ER in respiratory distress. I come to find out that this spot is much bigger then I originally saw and that it is mold from a property also managed by Kathy and owned by the same person who owns the house I am currently renting. This mold was caused by a water leak from next door that was KNOWN and NEGLECTED. For MONTHS I have been pushing Kathy to fix this issue along with the plethora of other issues in the house to no avail. I fell through the stairs leading to the backyard after my pleas were neglected. A separate house that is owned and managed by the same people that I rent from also has this same issue involving mold leading to the mother and young child falling ill as Kathy refused to take action and rectify these known issues. I am now on medication to treat these issues and I am utterly disgusted that I am forced to either spend massive amounts of money on a hotel to avoid illness or sleep in my car. I am extremely disappointing that her and the owners would find it acceptable to gamble with peoples health just to make some quick money. Along with her lack of response to these issues she has also been EXTREMELY disrespectful to me and others which include the use of foul language and childish insults along with bullying behavior and a terrible attitude overall.

My Husband and I were buying our first home this past year and the realtor, John Marchese was the WORST realtor we could have asked for. He did not stay on top of things, the deal fell through the night before settlement b/c he did not make sure the home owner was holding up to the terms. HE let everything wrong happen and continued to tell us, " it's ok, everything will work out and be fine". He was neglectful as a realtor and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. We switched and bought our home 2 months later!
Going into this process for the first time, and having heard some nightmare first time buyer stories from friends, we had no idea what to expect. Throughout the process, she made it very clear that we needed to find what was right for us, and we never felt forced to make an offer on something we didn’t love. When we finally found the "one", she walked us through every step of the negotiations and provided suggestions as to what she thought we should ask for in the settlement.
